Please consider these needs as we again feed the homeless: 

We have been providing meals to the homeless and needy for 17 years.  In doing this we have acquired several sources of FREE food and developed the means to pick it up, store it and deliver/serve it.  The Community Food Bank is our primary source (although pick'ins are often slim here) but Starbucks, Pizza Hut and other community networking sources compliment needs for our twice weekly noon meals  (we currently serve about 80 plates each meal).  

Since our donations are down we now find it necessary to cut some of our services, but we don't feel we should cut out this important service to our community (seeing that we have plenty of food to share).  We are asking you to help us out by providing a few of the items we need to serve the meals and fill the pantry bags with some needed non-food items as well.
 
We have convenient DROP OFF SITES for whatever you can contribute. If all of us donated just one item, we would be fine for the entire month!   
Here are suggestions:

• 8-9” Styrofoam plates
• 8 oz. Styrofoam plates
• Plastic forks & spoons
• napkins
• plastic grocery bags (used OK)
• Ziplock sandwich bags & gal. size
• 33 gal plastic trash bags
• tall kitchen trash bags
• serving gloves
• foil
• toilet paper
• towel paper
• ANY hygiene items (shampoo, lotion, razors, bar soap, tooth brushes, tooth paste, 
•     sun screen, deodorant, etc.)
• empty pill bottles (for shampoo, lotion)
• Tylenol & antihistimine tabs
• Batteries: xxA & xxxA
  Your help will allow us to keep serving
